Consciously Create Your Vibrant Life

My mission is to support people in the conscious creation of their unique and purposeful lives through creativity, play, and experimentation.

I work with people who are exhausted from doing what they have been told they “should” do. We examine what is and is not working for them, imagine a different way, and create it.

Together, we clarify goals and challenges with thought-provoking questions. Then, using a variety of tools including inner child work, visualizations, reframes, somatic practices, and intuitive art, I guide people to identify and create lasting habits that work best for their unique needs and values.

If you want to go from exhausted, unseen, or unfulfilled to passionate, confident, and purposeful, then you’re in the right place!

Creating Art That Brings People Together: Interview with Lou Gervais Creative Life

In this episode, Lou Gervais—artist, writer, and traveler—shares about how creativity has affected their life. Lou gives examples of how they use their creativity to spark joy in their community. They reflect on how they worked through perfectionism around art. They also share how they’ve used art as a tool to process grief and learn more about themself. The main takeaway? Make something! Art doesn’t belong to a select few—it belongs to everyone. About Erika

My personal experience with 10 years of depression motivated me to learn about mental health and wellness. It took a long time, but I finally figured out the root of my suffering.

I was giving my power away.

Rather than meeting my needs, I was sacrificing myself for others. I barely knew myself.

Something needed to change.

So I started experimenting, getting curious about what did and did not work for me. I started creating new habits and expressing myself. Art has been a big part of my healing journey. I took my power back. I started to use my voice.

So many of us look to experts to tell us what to do, yet when we have a list (exercise, drink more water, etc.) we struggle to stay consistent. Wellness takes more than a list.

More important than any specific task is your relationship with yourself.

You already have a list of things you “should” do. I’m not here to add to that. I’m here to ask you thought provoking questions to uncover what is right for YOU. I’m here to help you break those big goals into small manageable steps, and I’m here to hold you accountable as you make lasting changes that MATTER to you.
